Lead Panel Shop Technician - Manufacturing & Installation

The Panel Shop Lead Technician Manufacturing & Installation plays a hands-on leadership role in the build and wiring of electrical control panels for internal and external customers at Pillar Innovations. This position is suited for an experienced technician with a strong understanding of electrical control panels and wiring practices who can lead by example on the shop floor. In addition to building and troubleshooting panels, this role helps guide daily work, support quality standards, and mentor technicians by sharing knowledge and best practices.
