The Finance Manager is the senior finance partner to CES regional and operational leadership. The role converts financial and operational data into decisions that improve revenue quality, gross margin, operating expense discipline, and EBIT. It leads the financial cadence for an assigned portfolio of clients, programs, and sites, while directing the work of Operations Analysts and coordinating with Workforce Management, Accounting, Pricing, Commercial, and other enabling teams.
