Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit Complaints Senior Officer to join our QA Commercial Compliance team at our Marousi premises .
The Complaints Senior Officer handles and coordinates the processing of complaints, investigates customer complaints and acts as liaison between the company and customers.
More particularly:
What you’ll do:
- Take part in the authorship of the department’s SOPs, TDRs, protocols and any other kind of controlled quality document related to Customer Complaints
- Timely coordinate the appropriate actions for the overall handling and documentation of the customer complaint processes
- Execute and document complaint investigations concerning corporate quality activities
- Timely manage the needed information flow concerning the customer complaints in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manage complaint samples
- Handling complaints to Suppliers
- Prepare reconciliations reports for CMOs/Αudits/Medical Device Suppliers and PV
- Prepare KPI reports
- Participate in correspondence with customers regarding their quality management requirements
- Execute the recall process / procedure and coordinate the mock recall exercise
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bsc in chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent field
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Management
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
- Computer literacy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills
