Enterprise Applications Product Owner

Pet City Group is the leader in the pet retail market in Greece with over 35 years of presence. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Applications Product Owner to join our IT team.

Your Role

Own the day-to-day operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the company's Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail environments following handover from the implementation partner. Acts as the internal point of reference between business users and the external partner/vendor, ensuring the system runs reliably and evolves with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyze business processes, identify improvement areas,
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective system usage
• Monitor application implementations roadmap. Check deliverables, timelines and budget
• Take over Business Central operations from the implementation partner post go-live, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and closure of open items.
• Provide first-line functional support and troubleshooting for finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and related modules.
• Manage user administration: roles, permission sets, and periodic access reviews.
• Gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and validate / UAT partner-delivered customizations and extensions.
• Maintain operational documentation, user guides, and training material for internal users.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchases, Order Management etc)
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a functional key-user or consultant capacity.
• Experience working with other Enterprise Applications (CRM, WMS) will be considered a plus
• Coordination and project management skills
• Experience with user / permission administration and the update and release cycle.
• Strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Ability to manage an external implementation partner independently.
