FOIA Analyst

Peraton is seeking a FOIA Analyst to support our IC customer onsite in Bethesda, MD who will:

• Respond to public and official requests for review and release of classified and/or sensitive customer information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), Executive Order (EO) 13526 (Classified National Security Information), and appropriate IC policies and procedures.
• Respond to complex cases, such as those including FOIA litigation and FOIA appeals, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the FOIA and PA...
