Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Nevada
Pay: Starting at $24/hour for candidates with active RBT certification and Nevada registration Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; part-time opportunities also available Settings: Home, clinic, and/or school
Help clients with autism and other developmental disabilities build skills they can use every day. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll provide one-to-one ABA services and work with a team that supports your training and growth.
What you’ll do
- Follow individualized behavior plans during one-to-one sessions.
- Teach communication, emotional regulation, daily living, and self-care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
- Record accurate session data and communicate with supervisors and families.
- Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
What you’ll need
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and Nevada RBT registration for the RBT role.
- Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting people with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Pay and hiring requirements
RBT: Starting at $24/hour for candidates with active RBT certification and Nevada registration.
Behavior Technician candidates who are not yet certified or registered: $19–$24/hour, depending on qualifications. These candidates will be considered for an appropriate non-RBT role.
Employment is contingent on applicable pre-employment checks, which may include verification of education, work history, credentials, driving records, and state or role-specific requirements.

Requirements
- MUST be licensed and registered as an RBT in the state of Nevada
- Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
