L2 Platform Operations Engineer – MuleSoft

Descripción del puesto / Funciones Location: Europe Shift | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Role:

L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform , ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift . This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position .

Main Tasks:

• Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
• Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis .
• Support deployments, releases and changes.
• Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.
• Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.
• Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
• Maintain simple automation scripts.
• Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
• Track actions and deliverables to closure.
• Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents .

Requisitos mínimos 3–5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent. Requisitos valorables XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, networking (VIP/firewalls/load balancers), certificate lifecycle, SOAP UI, Postman, ServiceNow, Linux. Idiomas English and Spanish are a must Ubicación Madrid
