Descripción del puesto / Funciones What is the role?

Change Manager responsible for supporting the Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) rollout, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, resistance management, Go-Live and Hypercare.

The role is not primarily technical; it is focused on ensuring that business teams successfully adopt the new Coupa processes and system.

Main Tasks Develop and maintain the Change Management Strategy and Change Plan. Create and execute the Communication Plan. Develop and coordinate Training Plans and track completion. Manage stakeholders, both global and local. Assess business readiness and manage resistance/issues. Support Go-Live and Hypercare. Track project actions, deliverables and deadlines across 3 countries. Adapt communications/training materials to local requirements. Support the French rollout, including translations and works council requirements. Requisitos mínimos Change Management P2P/Procure-to-Pay Stakeholder management Project coordination Resistance management Business readiness Training & communications Strong documentation/reporting Multinational project experience English & Spanish fluency. Requisitos valorables Coupa SAP PeopleSoft Agile methodology Procurement transformation ERP implementations, experience with works councils and international rollouts.
