The Physician Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing physician recruitment strategies to support PAM Health's hospitals and service lines. This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers, from identification of workforce needs and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer development, contract coordination, credentialing handoff, and onboarding.
