Project Director (DRC)

Pact seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the implementation of an anticipated donor-funded Project. The project will support early-stage work to understand human trafficking in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)'s tantalum, tin, and tungsten (3T) supply chains and develop a co-design and tested program model for response. This position is contingent upon award. The successful candidate will bring a strong network across the DRC mining sector and demonstrated ability to convene senior government officials, mining and supply-chain actors, civil society, communities, and other stakeholders around complex and sensitive issues.
