Pact seeks a highly qualified Senior Finance Manager to support implementation of the Madini Safi project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Madini Safi is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs (DOL/ILAB) and implemented by Pact.
