Your Role :

As a Team Leader Prospection , you will lead and optimize every stage of the outbound funnel. Your mission is to ensure seamless process execution while driving the team toward high-performance standards and consistent lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Talent Growth : Lead training, and performance reviews while driving AI adoption and digital tool proficiency for enhanced productivity.
• Operational Excellence : Optimize daily workflows and supplier portfolio quality, ensuring zero mission overlap and strict adherence to procurement procedures.
• Performance & Strategic Reporting : Monitor individual/collective KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership while managing team evaluations and knowledge management.
