ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Ultimately, you will help to establish our reputation as the company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
This role is based in Ovoko Vilnius HQ and candidates are expected to work onsite at least four days per week.
