Our Guest Experience team will be essential in creating a safe and memorable experience for all guests at the Bismarck Event Center. The Usher role requires a positive attitude, as well as a team-driven and proactive mindset. Team members must be able to proactively resolve guests' complaints with minimal supervisor interference. Must be confident in approaching guests when issues arise.
