The Dishwasher is responsible for the sanitation of all kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware, and silverware and disposal of trash at the SoFi Center for each TGL Season and year-round private events. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleanliness of all back-of-house areas, including sanitization and maintenance of equipment, shelving, tabletops, floors, walls, and more. Dishwashers will assist in pulling and staging all equipment prior to set-up, during the event, and during clean-up.
