The Concessions Worker provides excellent customer service by knowing and understanding the products being sold at all concession stands. The Concessions Worker is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to all Concessions guests while ensuring excellent quality and food presentation. The Concessions Worker processes transactions and accepts payment. The Concessions Worker must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a variable schedule, which includes evenings and weekends.
