The Concession Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Concessions Manager in the overall effective management and running of concession operations. The Concession Supervisor oversees the food preparation and production, inventory, cash control procedures, total compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer supervision, and closing duties.
