Senior Recruiter

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to join Outsourced Staff, supporting the end-to-end recruitment of high-quality talent for our Australian clients. This role plays a critical part in managing vacancies from sourcing through to placement — working closely with Australian clients to understand their requirements, identifying and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process through to offer and onboarding. You will be working within a structured, fast-paced remote recruitment environment, managing multiple concurrent vacancies while representing Outsourced Staff and its clients professionally at every stage of the process.
