Treasury team serves as the core execution engine of the bank's financial strategy. In this vital front-office role, you will help the dealing desk to manage daily liquidity, optimize our High-Quality Liquid Asset (HQLA) buffer, and execute critical derivative overlays to hedge structural interest rate risks. Acting as a key bridge between senior strategy and live financial markets, you will translate ALCO directives into tactical market trades while ensuring robust compliance with UK regulatory frameworks (PRA/FCA).
