Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. We're handling petabyte-scale data with sub-second queries. Our product is a Kubernetes‑based platform delivered as B2B SaaS or as a self‑hosted on‑prem solution, including air‑gapped deployments. We enable customers across defense, law enforcement, and enterprise to turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting the CDO in day-to-day operations, structuring priorities and thinking ahead rather than waiting for instructions
  • Proactively managing and maintaining the CDO's calendar
  • Drafting and pre-formulating emails and correspondence
  • Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, committee sessions, and events
  • Preparing for and following up on meetings, including taking minutes and tracking decisions
  • Planning and preparing business travel, including logistics and itineraries
  • Managing expense reports and receipts, including scanning, sorting, and maintaining records
  • Researching, compiling, and preparing information, documents, and presentations

About You

  • Several years of proven, hands-on experience in a comparable Executive/Personal Assistant role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • A proactive communicator who keeps others informed without being asked twice
  • Own sense of structure and initiative — you bring ideas and ways of working, rather than waiting to be told
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1+)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Patience and an even temperament, including in situations where things take longer than expected
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice-to-haves

  • Completed business or administrative training, a degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools
  • A structured, independent, and reliable work style
  • Strong organizational skills paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
