The role We’re looking for a Bid Writer to join the Opencast Bid Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.  Working with colleagues across Opencast, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, compelling responses which showcases our credentials, expertise and delivery experience in response to client requirements. Opencast works across a range of public sector frameworks, so you will have the opportunity to work on bids of varying size and complexity. In addition to bid writing, you will also have an opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement activities, which will involve contributing to process improvements. Requirements Writing clear, persuasive, and compliant tender responses which articulate win themes, differentiators, and unique selling points Supporting the development of bid storyboards and response structures. Ensuring responses address evaluation criteria and scoring requirements. Applying best-practice bid writing techniques to improve quality and competitiveness. Support bid reviews and incorporate feedback from reviewers and stakeholders. Maintaining bid content and reusable knowledge assets.
