About the Role

One Park Financial (OPF) is looking for a Client Services Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level role focused on supporting our external funding partners, primarily by monitoring account reports and ensuring the Sales Team meets activity requirements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a competitive spirit, and is driven to excel. Comfort working with financial terminology and numerical data is essential, along with an outgoing, approachable personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

Responsibilities

  • Contact Sales Partners to drive more applications and increase business.
  • Follows up on pending applications and contracts.
  • Reviews application and contractual paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reviews account reports to monitor and support Sales Team productivity.
  • Fields support calls, emails, and texts.
  • Supports the Pipeline Manager with any requests.
  • Communicates with external lenders.
  • Audits communications between reps and external lenders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of work experience in an office environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in financial services or demonstrated proficiency with numbers.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
