Commercial Financial Control Supervisor.

A leading FMCG company is seeking a Commercial Financial Control Supervisor.

The Commercial Financial Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial controls related to commercial operations, ensuring the accuracy of sales reporting, pricing, trade investments, customer profitability, rebates, and commercial expenditures. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to maintain financial integrity, improve profitability, and support commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Monitor commercial financial performance, including sales, margins, and profitability.
• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate promotions, pricing, and commercial investments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of commercial financial data.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, or FP&A.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution is highly preferred.
