Of Counsel - Labor & Employment Attorney
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking an Of Counsel attorney with extensive experience in Labor & Employment litigation to join its team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and a proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

Requirements
- Licensed attorney with a California bar license
- Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
- Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $190,000 to $250,000
