HR Generalist

Odyssey is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing Human Capital Management Team at our Wakefield office. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS tasks, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires agility, flexibility, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role located at our corporate office in Wakefield, MA, requiring three days a week in the office.
