OBXtek is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer & Solutions Specialist to support federal business development, capture, and proposal efforts across our capabilities, including Training, Logistics, Acquisition and Program Management, and Digital Transformation.This hybrid role combines strong technical proposal writing with hands-on solution development and capture support.
