Corporate Benefits Manager

The Corporate Benefits Manager designs, implements and administers the company's employee benefits strategy for a 650 benefit-eligible organization to attract, retain, and engage talent while controlling costs and ensuring compliance. With the partnership of the Corporate HR Director, this role has primary ownership of self-funded medical and ancillary plans, and may perform HR generalist duties to improve HR operations.
