Store Supervisor (Kings Road) Location: London Salary Range: £38K Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Nokwol is entering an exciting growth phase, with an ambitious retail store rollout programme planned over the next 12 months. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Supervisor to join our King’s Road team, someone who leads from the floor, brings energy to the team, and understands what exceptional customer experience looks like.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing the team and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the team on the sales floor to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience and lead by example in all client interactions
• Coach and develop team members to continuously strengthen product knowledge, selling skills and customer service
• Support the management team in implementing commercial action plans to drive sales and store performance
• Take ownership of the sales floor and daily store operations when required
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation, product merchandising and overall store environment
• Drive strong product knowledge across the team and ensure new collections and key products are understood
• Support stock management and ensure replenishment and stock availability are effectively managed throughout the trading day
• Ensure company procedures, operational standards and policies are consistently followed
• Build strong relationships with customers and support the development of a loyal client base
• Maintain awareness of competitors, local trading conditions and customer trends, sharing relevant insights with the Store Manager and wider retail team

About You

You’re an experienced retail professional who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and helping a team perform at its best. You’re commercially aware, confident with customers and naturally take ownership when something needs to be done.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar senior retail role, ideally within fashion, footwear or premium/luxury retail
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Confident in leading, motivating and coaching a team
• Passionate about footwear, fashion and exceptional customer experience
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of store performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
• Punctual, dependable and highly organised
• Must be available to work weekends and key trading periods, including holidays and launches
