● Assists on daily handover from Ninja Van to Air and Sea Freight agent by managing and coordinating domestic shipments. ● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. ● Assists in ensuring no backlog or delay in shipment every day. ● Assists in inputting data into the management system and consolidating. ● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business.
