Essential Functions/Responsibilities Creating pictorial work instructions of assemblies and processes Creating/revise simple (BOO) Bills of Operations Creating simple rework travelers for non-conforming parts Designing simple tooling and fixtures Identifying process improvement opportunities Observing and working with operators to understand/improve processes. Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology to work with the production team and engineers. Improving and modifying facility layout workflow and material flow guidelines.
