Job Summary: Nextech is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing automation programs that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, support customer engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth. Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, this individual will leverage HubSpot to execute campaigns, automate workflows, manage lead lifecycle processes, maintain data quality, develop reporting dashboards, and optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for creating scalable, data-driven marketing programs that improve efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
