About the Role
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll help customers with questions about mobile services, broadband, television and other home products.
You'll be the point of contact for customers who need assistance, helping them find solutions while creating a positive customer experience. The role also includes identifying opportunities to recommend relevant additional products or services.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers by phone in Dutch
- Assisting with mobile, broadband and TV-related enquiries
- Troubleshooting problems and finding suitable solutions
- Providing friendly, professional and customer-focused service
- Identifying relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues in an international team
You'll receive paid training to help you learn the systems, products and processes needed to succeed in the role.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Native-level Dutch (C2)
- Good English skills (minimum B1)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
- An EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain
Previous customer service experience can be helpful, but your communication skills, attitude and willingness to learn are important too.

- Monthly gross salary of €2,094 for a 39-hour working week

Relocation Support
Moving abroad is a big step, so our client offers eligible candidates a choice between two relocation options. Both options include reimbursement for travel to Spain.
Option 1 - Relocation Allowance
Receive a €750 compensation allowance, paid together with your second monthly salary, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
Option 2 - Company Accommodation
Receive one month of company accommodation, plus reimbursement for your travel to Spain.
Please note that company accommodation is subject to room availability, which will be checked during the interview process. Local candidates are prioritised for these positions, and relocation support is intended for eligible candidates.
