Danish-speaking Team Leader - Sales & Collections

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a small Denmark-focused Sales & Collections team for an international bank based in Malta.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, sales performance, customer experience and collections – ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people while also working closely with targets, KPIs and operational performance.

Your Role

You will lead a team of fewer than 10 agents and take responsibility for their day-to-day performance and development.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Collections team
• Drive performance across sales, onboarding and collections
• Own and follow up on key KPIs and targets
• Monitor conversion rates, default rates and collections results
• Support customer onboarding and document verification
• Help develop effective collections strategies
• Ensure customers are treated fairly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance
• Collaborate with other departments across the business
• Ensure processes follow internal compliance standards and policies

Requirements

You have:

• Previous leadership experience
• Experience within sales, collections, customer service, financial services or another performance-driven environment
• Strong coaching and people-management skills
• A commercial mindset and confidence working with KPIs
• Excellent English
• Fluency in Danish
• An EU passport / right to work in Malta
