The Project and the Role Description

We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to join the transformation program of our Swedish client, a global manufacturing company.

You will support a large-scale business transformation across Czech manufacturing sites, acting as the key link between the central Change Management team and local factory management and employees. The role is primarily focused on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness, and adoption of new ways of working.

Regular on-site presence in Bruntál and Vrbno pod Pradědem is essential.

The assignment is expected to last 1.5-2 years , starting part-time and gradually ramping up to full-time from spring/summer 2027 .

Ideal start date: 1 October 2026.

Tasks

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts

Support business readiness, training, and adoption activities

• Adapt and implement the Change Management approach for Czech factories
• Act as a liaison between the central project team and local stakeholders
• Coordinate communication and engagement activities
• Facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement
• Support readiness assessments and mitigation planning
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Process Leads, Super Users, and Change Agents

Required Skills

• Experience in Change Management within business transformation, ERP, or digital transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with both leadership teams and end users
• Ability to independently plan and execute change activities
• Fluent Czech and English
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in manufacturing environments

Nice to Have

• Prosci Change Management methodology
• Manufacturing or factory experience
• SAP or other ERP implementation experience
• Knowledge of Change Management best practices
