Process Engineer (Human)

YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

You'll take ownership of our production processes and make sure they don't just run – they run smoothly. In practice, that means:

• Analyzing existing production workflows and processes at each workstation to spot where there's room to improve.
• Getting to the bottom of things when disruptions pop up: digging into root causes and turning findings into concrete process adjustments.
• Leading work teams through the implementation of changes and continuous improvement initiatives in workstation design.
• Preparing decision papers for management – clear, well-founded, and to the point.
• Acting as the interface to Engineering, bringing forward requirements for design changes.
• Defining process KPIs to measure and track quality and productivity in production.
