Montagefacharbeiter - Prototypenbau (Human)

YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

• You inspect components and assemblies before installation: visual checks, measurements and functional tests
• You build and assemble prototypes and samples
• You wire and solder motors, sensors and control units
• If something doesn't work, you track down the fault, whether mechanical or electronic
• You support the team with testing
• You document your inspection, measurement and assembly results accurately, including any deviations
• You implement design changes and give the engineering team open feedback on what works well in assembly and what doesn't

WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician or industrial mechatronics technician
• Several years of professional experience as a mechatronics technician, ideally in prototype or sample building
• Experience in inspecting components
• A very good understanding of mechatronics and electronics
• You read technical drawings and wiring diagrams with ease
• Calipers, torque wrenches and multimeters are part of your everyday work
• Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Experience in wiring and soldering
• You document conscientiously and completely
• You work carefully and independently, and you also enjoy working in a team
• Good German skills, English is a plus
