Business Intelligence Tribe Lead

As a business intelligence (BI) tribe lead, you will be part of Nemeon's core management team. Your daily tasks will be a mix of (1) data architect work, (2) technical troubleshooting, (3) team management and (4) development of Nemeon's BI activities. A list of tasks (non-exhaustive):

• You are in charge of a small team (currently 6) of data analysts with the ambition to grow this team. You work closely with the managing partner & operations lead.
• You help the managing partner with pre-sales activities (especially from a technical perspective).
• You are responsible for upskilling new hires.
• You enjoy the mix of managerial and technical tasks.
• You can deal with ambiguity but are keen to bring structure.
