Finance Manager

We're excited to be looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the Head of Financial Services while providing guidance and day-to-day support to a Finance team of eight colleagues, helping to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of financial operations. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your financial expertise across management and statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis. You'll also play a key role in shaping and enhancing finance systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, driving process improvements and supporting strategic business decisions within a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation.
