Position Title: Senior Talent Development Partner

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

Role Purpose

As Senior Talent Development Partner, you will play an important role in designing, implementing, embedding and scaling talent development solutions that build organisational capability at NCC, strengthening leadership pipelines and supporting business growth. Working closely with Senior Leaders, People Partners and cross-functional stakeholders a key purpose of this role is to translate NCC’s business priorities into impactful development solutions. You will drive initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, high-potential programmes including early careers and capability building to support the creation of a high-performance learning culture that enables colleagues and leaders to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative and changeable environment. This is important to enable NCC to attract, develop and retain the best talent to drive our continued success.
