The Job in a Nutshell: The HR Leave Administrator provides strategic support of HR policies and initiatives to include: management and oversight of Worker's Compensation, leaves and ADAAA processes and administration, ensuring HIPAA compliance as well as compliance with all other state and federal requirements and policies of Natural Grocers. This position provides hands-on guidance and training to managers, Good4U Crew, and collaborates with HR Business partners and safety as needed.
