Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager/Home Office Store is the second person in charge of the store and is responsible for the successful operation and profitability of the store which includes training, directing and monitoring all department staff. This position is responsible for conducting training for employees from other locations as required, including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and 2nd Assistant Manager trainees.
