Sales Representative - Safety training programs
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales, client acquisition, marketing, and market expansion for fire protection and life safety training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations, client acquisition, and revenue .
- Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other potential customers .
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business .
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility .
- Promote training courses, certifications, facilities, instructors, and training capabilities through appropriate marketing channels.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the academy's position in the fire protection and life safety training market .
- Research new markets, industries, companies, and sectors requiring fire, emergency response, HSE, and life safety training.
- Identify and develop opportunities to introduce training programs to new industries and geographic markets .
- Set and monitor sales, lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets .
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve business results.
- Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after training programs .
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, corporate contracts, and long-term training partnerships .
