Job Summary:

Guest Experience Host Gateway North America Operations, Retail or Admissions Manager Non-Manager Non-Exempt The Guest Experience Host role provides excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by providing them with knowledge about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. Seeking exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. There are four areas of an attraction where the Guest Experience Host can be assigned: Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience/Ride Operators, and Food and Beverage.
