About the role We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with our Executive General Manager, Mid-Market. You’ll help the executive and leadership team stay organised, make decisions and follow through on what matters. You’ll bring sound judgement, initiative and a practical approach to managing complexity. You’ll coordinate priorities and key team meetings, prepare clear communications and find better ways of working. Your support will help the team stay focused and make progress together. What you’ll do Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel and competing commitments, helping the executive focus on the right priorities Look ahead to upcoming priorities and decisions, and flag where the executive’s attention is needed Prepare briefs, meeting materials, presentations and communications that make complex information easy to understand and act on Organise leadership meetings, planning sessions, offsites and regular business check-ins Track decisions, actions, owners and deadlines, and follow up to keep commitments moving Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, corporate teams, customers, partners and suppliers Use digital and AI tools to simplify work and improve productivity across the executive office What you’ll bring Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a complex, fast-paced organisation Strong experience managing executive calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings and competing priorities Sound judgement and discretion, with the confidence to work independently and handle sensitive information Clear, confident writing, including experience preparing executive briefs, presentations and meeting materials A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and follow through The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders and respectfully redirect or challenge requests when needed Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and an interest in using digital and AI tools to improve how work gets done
