Clinical Pharmacist

Position Overview: Clinical pharmacist works daily and in coordination with Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to support evidence based medication use throughout the health system. The Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care, including medication therapy consultation, monitoring, patient specific regimen optimization, adverse event investigation and drug side effect mitigation.
