Clinical Nurse Manager
The Clinical Manager of the Oncology Infusion Center has the responsibility, authority and accountability for patient care, administration and practice within the Infusion Center and for the development of the work force who consistently demonstrates competent, efficient clinical practice. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Selects, schedules, assigns, and evaluates staff, adjusting hours and shifts as necessary to meet the needs of the unit and the patients.
