Property Manager

Under the general supervision of the Community Director, perform or provide oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks associated with all aspects of Muckleshoot Housing. Broadly defined functional areas may include building maintenance, lease enforcement, building coverage management, crime prevention, and community activities. Ensure staff and resident compliance with appropriate housing rules and regulations, with community rules, with lease provisions, and with customer service goals.
