Quality Manager

About the Role The Quality Manager is a key member of the Auburn site leadership team responsible for driving process stability, reducing variation and improving business performance through strong quality systems, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and NPI to improve yield, reduce the cost of poor quality, strengthen customer confidence and support long-term operational excellence.
