NPI / Manufacturing Engineering Technician

About the Role The NPI / Manufacturing Engineering Technician is a hands-on technical role supporting Engineering, Quality and Operations with the industrialization, transfer, qualification, launch and stabilization of new and transferred products. Working primarily on the manufacturing floor, this position helps turn drawings, process requirements and engineering direction into capable, repeatable production processes while supporting the responsible engineer. This position is expected to be an 18-month limited-term assignment, based on current business needs.
