Software Development Engineer

We are expanding with a new robotics Engineering Center in China, working hand-in-hand with our engineering teams in headquarters. Its mission: to rapidly develop our next-generation full-size humanoid platform and bring it to production. We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to lead the software development of a bipedal humanoid robot, owning the application layer, the middleware layer, and the low-level software, and able to bring the cameras, algorithms, communications, and other hardware together into a working system. You will also maintain the software, troubleshoot software issues, and work with colleagues in other disciplines to complete bench debugging and full-system commissioning. The end goal is to own the software of the mass-production robot and carry it through development and maintenance across the entire product lifecycle.
